dc.description.abstract This thesis attempts in the first instance to declare the South African Law of Inheritance unconstitutional to the Muslim community of South Africa, and thereafter is as an attempt towards the codification of the Islamic law of Minith (Inheritance/Succesion), whereby which legislation could be passed recognising the Muslim or rather Islamic law of Nfirith (Inheritance/Succession). en_US
